Deliver in-home postpartum massage focused on recovery, swelling, and relaxation. Sessions are 60–90 minutes, flexible scheduling.

Prepare warm, nourishing meals in clients' homes using ingredients that support postpartum recovery. Knowledge of healing foods is a big plus.
